In exchange, the PTA would be hugely grateful for a bottle donation for our popular Tombola Stall at the fair. If you’re able to contribute, we’d love donations such as:
🥤 Soft drinks & cordial
🍅 Condiments
🍺 Beer, wine & spirits
🛁 Toiletries
All bottles must be unopened and in-date.
🚫 Please note: no water bottles, thank you!
Every donation helps make the Tombola a fantastic success — and there are always amazing prizes to be won! 🎟️🍾
Volunteers
We Need Your Help to Make the Fair a Success!
Our school fair simply can’t happen without wonderful volunteers to help run the stalls. Class reps will soon be sharing volunteer rotas — so when they do, please consider signing up for a slot if you can. Even a short amount of time makes a huge difference!
The more volunteers we have, the more stalls, games and fun we can offer for the children and families. Without enough helpers, unfortunately we may need to reduce the number of stalls running on the day.
Volunteering on the Welcome Desk or Bar?
You’ll need your own login for Zettle, our card payment app.
To get set up before the fair, please email PTA Treasurer Emily Witter at earlsfieldptatreasurer@gmail.com with your first name and surname.
Please do this in advance — we won’t be able to create accounts on the day of the fair.
Thank you for helping us make this year’s fair bigger, better and more fun than ever!
